Toasted Coconut Marshmallows

Using only minimal ingredients with no artificial colourings or flavourings, these mallows are soft and gooey with sweet vanilla bean throughout. They are hand rolled in toasted coconut after being whipped up, hand poured and cut in The Marshmallowist’s bakery in Yorkshire.
